The Brass Fork isn’t your typical diner. Its atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between familiar and fresh. The design feels like a throwback to the classic American diner, but with updated touches that make it feel current. The staff is friendly and attentive, always making sure that your experience is top-notch. They know the menu inside and out and are happy to make recommendations based on your preferences.

Let’s talk about the food, which is truly the star of the show. The menu offers a variety of comfort foods, but they don’t stop there. The Brass Fork has really put a lot of thought into its offerings, creating dishes that are both satisfying and a little unexpected. Whether you're in the mood for something hearty like their savory burgers or lighter options like their fresh salads, you’ll find plenty of choices. The daily specials are also a fan favorite, with many visitors returning just to see what new creation is on the board.

One of the standout items on the menu is the breakfast selection. The diner does breakfast all day, and it's no surprise why this is such a hit. The fluffy pancakes, crispy bacon, and perfectly cooked eggs make it an ideal start to your day. For those with a bigger appetite, the breakfast burrito is packed with flavor and will definitely keep you going well into the afternoon.

When it comes to lunch or dinner, The Brass Fork keeps the menu varied and exciting. The sandwiches are fresh, with perfectly toasted bread and fillings that hit just the right notes. If you’re in the mood for something a little more substantial, the meatloaf is a comforting choice, served with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy that would make any home cook proud.

The drinks menu at The Brass Fork is equally impressive, with a mix of classic and contemporary options. You can sip on a hand-crafted cocktail or enjoy a fresh glass of juice to pair with your meal. If you're in the mood for something indulgent, try one of their milkshakes, which are rich and creamy-perfect for satisfying that sweet tooth.

What really makes The Brass Fork stand out, though, is how consistently excellent the food is. It's clear that a lot of care goes into the preparation of every dish. The kitchen staff uses high-quality ingredients, and the attention to detail shows. Whether you're here for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, you can always count on a satisfying experience.

  • We had a great late night snack with Cycie. She took great care of us. We split the breakfast burrito. It was stuffed with bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, guacamole and cheese. Who knew one of the best breakfast burritos in town would be at the Brass Fork.

  • I saw this place being promoted on social media and reluctantly gave it a shot. I went for breakfast and chose the Lucky 3 special; eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes. The price was very reasonable and the restaurant was very clean. What blew me away was the high level of customer service provided by Domo (Dominic) and the pancakes . Domo was on top of his gave and very attentive. Top notch customer service. Now their pancakes, some of the best I had in my life. I had them plain with butter and syrup, nothing fancy and nothing else added. Some of the most fluffiest and delicious pancakes I ever had. They also have super affordable specials from 11 pm to 5 am. I never considered this place to visit but after the customer service received today, I can honestly say I would visit the restaurant and probably stay here as my regular hotel.

  • We tried the cheeseburger and fries special that’s only available with a Boarding Pass Player’s Card, and for just under $6 it was a solid value. The food itself wasn’t amazing, but it certainly wasn’t bad either, especially considering the price. The burger came hot and fully loaded with tomato, onions, and pickles, and the fries were fresh and served hot as well. Honestly, it was a bit more than we expected for a $6 meal. The service was fine. Our server didn’t seem particularly excited about us ordering only the special, which is understandable, but she was still pleasant and got our food out quickly. Overall, for the price, this is a great deal, and we’ll definitely eat here again when we’re gambling at the casino.

  • Stopped in at The Brass Fork at 3:40am on the way to the airport—because travel days are chaos and you eat when you can. Grabbed the steak and eggs. Simple order. Perfectly cooked. Exactly what you want at an hour when nothing should be this good. Shoutout to Gerald, our waiter. Super friendly, calm, and on it. I totally misunderstood their Boarding Pass game card situation, and Gerald explained it with patience and zero attitude—which goes a long way at 4am. Quick stop. Solid food. Great service. Would 100% do it again before a flight.

  • We do love The Brass Fork and Bar. Lots to choose from with delicious meals including breakfast and homemade pastries. and I am pretty sure they are open 24 hrs. We always get excellent service here and sometimes there is a little wait time but not always. Handicapped assessable with plenty of free parking, kid friendly too.

  • The food here is so good as well as the prices. Definitely worth your money. You can never go wrong with the club sandwich its so big and filling! The pancakes and other breakfast items are super good as well. The only issue was that our server brought us our food and then never came back so we were just sitting for awhile until we had to call a random server to help, but then nobody could figure out how to help us or who our server was until a long time...

  • The last two times I've been here, the service has been great. I was solo so I sat at the bar. The first time I ordered the burger special which was much better than any fast food burger plus the price was less!! The second time I got a steak. It was also good. Good sized portion for both and flavorful. No complaints.

  • Stayed at Palace station for a local staycation and went to the Brass Fork late at night a few times for their deals! The steak and eggs and pancakes are amazing with the steak done according to how you want it without error! Service is very good and staff are friendly and patient. The place has a luxurious bar feel while also having great comfort food! Late at night has the best deals with the station player card you can get for free!
